The responsibilities may include answering and transferring phone calls, directing guests to meeting space and giving tours of the facility. Volunteers would be scheduled from Mon.-Fri. between 8:30am - 9:00 pm on days of preferences.

Thanks Tamika great info I have one more question, I am seeking in expensive and if possible free meeting space for a meet-up group. The meet up group is about a 90 Day challenge to change your life through fitness and nutrition.. I need to meet about every week.. a consistant day..

The Silver Spring Civic Center would be a great a space for your meeting. Just check their calendar to make sure they haven't booked out the the space during your time slot. It's a free space for the community. The Ellsworth room is a pretty good size room.

Tamika I have a question I just though of.. do you think they would be willing to trade some meeting space for volunteer work? For every hour of meeting space I can donate two hours of volunteer work? I only need 2 hrs of meeting space per week right now.
