Downtown Silver Spring will soon welcome a famous dessert company to the business district for all those residents with a sweet tooth. According to Jennifer Nettles, Property Manager for downtown Silver Spring FroZenYo is moving in to the space that Cake Love is vacating.

The downtown Silver Spring location of Cake Love is moving, just around the corner from its current Ellsworth Drive location.

Paper signs plastered in the bakery's window announced the last day on Ellsworth will be Saturday. The new location's address is 8512 Fenton Street, next to Pier 1, and the signs say the opening there will be in early March.

"Thank you for all of your support, we'll see you in a few weeks," read one of the signs.

Among the new things patrons should expect to see in the new digs will be an area for customer seating, free WiFi, student discount happy hours and more cupcakes.
