Police arrested a man Tuesday in the 900 block of Ellsworth Drive after he was suspected of masturbating in public, said Montgomery County Police spokeswoman Rebecca Innocenti.
A call was placed to the police about the incident at 2:09 p.m., Innocenti said.
The arrest occurred in front of the Starbucks on Ellsworth. An official report with more details should be released later on this week, Innocenti said.
