Montgomery County Schools Closed Due to Hurricane Sandy

Schools will be closed Monday and Tuesday.

 

Update (Monday, Oct. 29, 2:30 p.m.): All Montgomery County schools and administrative offices will be closed on Tuesday, Oct. 30.

Original post (Sunday, Oct. 28, 3 p.m.): "All Montgomery County Public Schools will be closed on Monday, Oct. 29, and Tuesday, Oct. 30, due to emergency weather conditions related to Hurricane Sandy," according to a news statement from Montgomery County Public Schools.

All school and community activities in school buildings are canceled as well, the statement added.

Administrative offices will be closed on Monday, Oct. 29, and MCPS will determine on Monday whether or not to close administrative offices on Tuesday, according to the statement.

Nope—not yet! I'm thinking it should be over by then. But, folks will need to be careful as they trick-or-treat, due to the storm debris.

i think we shouldn't have school wednesday because it's really bad.
