Behind the scenes of Baltimore's National Aquarium is the Marine Animal Rescue Program (MARP). "Our mission is to respond to any live stranded marine mammals or sea turtles along the coast of Maryland," said Jennifer Dittmar, Stranding Coordinator for MARP. They are currently rehabilitating seven turtles recently found cold-stunned in the Northeast region.
