Updated: Police Investigate Possible Shooting at White Oak Apartment, One Dead
A 21-year-old male was found dead with evidence of trauma, police said.

A 21-year-old male was found dead in a White Oak apartment building Friday afternoon, and Montgomery County police are investigating his death as a homicide.
Police units from the 3rd District responded to the 11400 block of July Drive in the Silver Spring neighborhood at 3:45 p.m. with reports that a shooting had just occurred, said Officer Britta Thomas, a spokesperson for the police department.
The male was dead on arrival, she said. A release from the department said the man had evidence of trauma to his body. Police said two males were seen leaving the scene, but a detailed description is not available.
