Montgomery County community centers (All classes are canceled except aquatics classes and programs, which will take place as scheduled.)
Schedule Changes:
Ride-On will operate on a special modified holiday schedule
Metrobus will operate on a Saturday supplemental schedule
Metrorail will operate on a Saturday holiday schedule
What's Free:
Public parking garages, lots and curbside meters are free
Refuse/Recycling pick-up:
No collection, provided one day later for the rest of the week until Saturday

Thanks for the concern with our punctuation, Jay. We use Associated Press-style which favors the Presidents Day, no apostrophe. Either way is correct, though.
