Late Sunday night, either the Washington Redskins or Dallas Cowboys will be crowned champions of the NFC East and earn a home playoff game in January.

In the DC Metro area, the buzz is deafening, but there is significant national interest in the game as well. An ESPN.com poll asking, "Which team are you rooting for in the Cowboys-Redskins game in Week 17 that will decide the NFC East title?" has garnered more than 214,000 votes.

Seventy-three percent (representing 49 states) said they are rooting for the Redskins, while 27 percent, representing a lone (star) state are pulling for the Cowboys.

FedEx Field promises to be electric. If you are lucky enough to have your tickets already, the parking lots are opening earlier than usual (3:30 p.m.) for the 8:20 p.m. start, with the Bud Light Pavilion open at 4:30 p.m. and stadium gates at 5:30 p.m.

If you don't have tickets, be prepared to get scalped. StubHub's website has tickets available from $200 - $1,000. Craigslist shows game tickets with similar prices and people are asking $75 just for a parking pass.

So, we want to know what your plans for the game are!

Will you be going to FedEx Field? Watching at home? Going to a friend's house? Patronizing your local sports bar? Tell us in comments.

Our family has 3 branches: a Bethesda MD branch, a Fairfax VA branch and a Little Rock ARKANSAS branch. All 3 branches historically and genetically are Redskins fans. The Bethesda MD branch will be watching the game on TV in our cozy living room tucked under our Redskins blanket. The Fairfax branch will also be watching the game on TV. The Fairfax branch has a Cheerleading School Graduate who will be performing a cheer after each Redskins touchdown. We expect she will be conducting numerous cheers today. The Arkansas branch has a dedicated "Redskin Room" from which they will watch today's game. Since Arkansas is close to Texas, the state has lots of Cowboy fans. Any Cowboy fans entering the "Redskin Room" must sign an affidavid that they will NOT cheer after any Cowboy score.

I'll be watching down in FedEx Field, too. A big thank-you to my friend Steve for setting me up with his extra ticket!
