Montgomery County Police are seeking the public's help in locating Charles Mills, 26, of Silver Spring. His family last heard from him on Sept. 19 at 8:30 p.m., police said. 

Mills lives at 13249 Treblecleft Lane. He is described as a white male, about 5-feet-8-inches tall, weighting 150 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He drives a maroon 1996 Chevy S10 pickup truck with Maryland tags. 

Police are asking anyone who sees Mills to call them immediately. If you have information on where he might be, police ask that you call the non-emergency number at 301-279-8000.
