This popular sale on the on the grounds of the Franciscan
Monastery of the Holy Land (May 5, 10-6 and May 6, 8-3) features 300 spectacular roses, a wide selection of organic herbs, annuals, perennials, fruit vines and deciduous trees. Vendors will have jewelry, cooking mixes, teas, potpourri made from monastery plants and hand-decorated gourd vases, bowls and birdhouses (gourds grown by the vendor). Get there early for the best selection! The sale is sponsored by the volunteer Garden Guild of the Franciscan Monastery, and supports the preservation of the monastery’s gardens, a peaceful sanctuary for prayer in keeping with the Franciscan mission.
