2. County Executive Isiah Leggett is scheduled to meet with the Silver Spring community to discuss the upcoming operational budget for Fiscal Year 2013 (FY13) at the Mid-County Community Recreation Center located at 2004 Queensguard Rd. The meeting starts at 7 p.m.
