The "living dead" took over downtown this weekend, as hundreds of Zombies invaded the streets for the Fourth Annual Silver Spring Zombie Walk.The "living dead" took over downtown this weekend, as hundreds of Zombies invaded the streets for the Fourth Annual Silver Spring Zombie Walk.

The ghastly party took a 4K walk on a route down Georgia Avenue and through downtown. The walk ended at the , where revelers took in a showing of the movie "Dead Snow."
