Join us for a summer night of poetry! Busboys and Poets’ next open mic event will feature contributors to the Little Patuxent Review’s recently published Audacity issue. The event, hosted by Holly Bass, will take place on August 1st from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. at Busboys and Poets’ 5th and K location: 1025 5th St. NW, Washington, DC 20001.
Featured readers from the Audacity issue include: Naomi Theirs, Jennifer McGaha, Kirsten Hampton, Dennis Kirschbaum, Steve Mandes, Fred Foote, Joe Capista, Joseph Ross, and Kristen Zimet.
A general open mic will follow the reading. There is a $5 cover charge for the event.
