Where/When: Join the Silver Spring community by donating your bikes in front of Whole Foods Market located on 833 Wayne Ave, Silver Spring on Saturday, March, 24 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Why go: They rehab and donate the bikes.

Pricing: They ask for a minimum $10 donation for each bike donated to pay for parts so they can repair them properly (i.e. chains, seats, tubes, brakes).

2. FUNFEST FOR THE FAMILY

Where/When: Join the fun on Saturday, March 24 located at 4101 Crain Hwy, Bowie, MD bewteen 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Why go: The Baysox are proud to host the 13th Annual Free Family FunFest on Saturday, March 24 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Prince George's Stadium.  Families can enjoy free activities, games and inflatables inside and outside of the ballpark.  

Pricing: The event free and open to all. 

3. BEN MAUGER'S VINTAGE JAZZ BAND

Where/When: The event will be hosted on Sunday, March 25 and is located on 9707 Rosensteel Ave, Silver Spring. The event starts at 2 p.m.

Why go: Join the Spring Fling event with Ben Mauger and his Vintage Jazz Band  from Pennsylvania with his red hot traditional jazz music.

4. FENWICK BEER AND WINE TASTING 

Where/When: The beer and wine store is located on 1327 Fenwick Lane and the tasting is on Friday, June 17 from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

5. SPRING BREAK SOCCER CAMP

Where/When: Camp registration opens and is located at 8345 Beechcraft Ave in Gaithersburg on Saturday, March 24. Registration starts at 8:30 a.m.

Why Go: As the spring soccer season gets underway, take this week to learn new skills, improve skills, get training from professional coaches and have fun!
