Runway Fashion Electrifies Silver Spring

Local designers in Silver Spring were joined on the runway with celebrity designer Kenneth "KAS" Flanagan.

For the second annual fashion show Street Glam on Aug. 21 in downtown Silver Spring, local designers stayed true to the theme of creating clothing that stood for being sexy and glamorous.

Designers in the show included Metamorphosis, Ksara Boutique, Booshie Designs, Thembe Fashions and Amore by Elizabeth St. John.
