Local seniors visited the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Inter-Generational Center, located at 1420 Spring St., to learn the basics of using a cellphone. OASIS, an online resource for senior citizens 50 and older, joined AT&T to provide a technology training. About 30 seniors joined in Wednesday to focus on their texting and making phone calls to stay better connected with their family.
