Food lovers from all over had the opportunity to enjoy a variety of tastes during the first 'Taste the World' in Fenton Village event, Sunday, May 15.

Hosted by the Silver Spring Citizen’s Advisory Board and Downtown Silver Spring, this event showcased about 20 restaurants that offered appetizers and small tasting plates for $5 or less. Among them were , , and Ghar-E-Kabob. The event  also featured musical entertainment, street vendors and an outdoor market featuring local businesses.
