Transition of City Place to Outlet Mall Not a Done Deal

After the website touting a “Holiday 2011”  popped up, the property owner said he doesn't want to send the wrong the message. 

As reported by the Gazette, the website—created by development company EWB—featured plans that “by no means reflect the final decision,” according to Walter Petrie, chairman of City Place property management company Petrie Ross Ventures.

Apparently, four different options being explored by the property owner and manager, yet Petrie did not offer any additional details about them.

The website lists a number of demographic, financial and geographic facts, in the hopes of attracting businesses to the 350,000 square-feet of available space. The PDF, which contains much of the same information on the website, is available for viewing in this article’s “Photos” section.
