Many event goers were amazed to see such a machine, and were glad to have it around.  "Brilliant idea, wish I had thought of it," remarked a passer-by.  As each day drew to a close, more and more people were thankful that iCharge was able to provide them with power to continue enjoying the festival.

"Naturally, we expected a greater crowd towards the end of each day because cell phone battery life does not exceed more than 6-8 hours these days.  I think we successfully charged over 300 phones during the duration of the festival."  --Robert Forbes, iCharge CFO.

iCharge Kiosks also unveiled plans its newest solar powered kiosk last weekend.  "We want to be able to offer our services to events where there is no power.  With the addition of solar cells and a hand crank, we will be able to offer a service that is environmentally friendly, but unique as well."--iCharge Kiosks.

At Fest Africa, iCharge also announced a new addition to its cell phone charging lineup: the iChargeZEN and the iChargeBOLT, which are table-top cell phone charging station for bars and restaurants.   "The new stations are definitely a success.  We have already delivered two stations to the Loudoun County Country Club and we have more orders coming in.  We expect to perfect and mass produce more stations over the summer months as demand increases."--Rendy Mao, iCharge CEO.

As the summer rolls on, look to see iCharge Kiosks at Hot August Blues on Aug 17, and VietFest on Aug 24-25.
