Happy Wednesday Silver Spring! Here are five things you need to know as you start the middle of the week.

Good Morning! Here are five things you need to know to stay up-to-date about what’s going on in the community today:

1. Enjoy what will be a sunny day with a high of 87 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.  The evening will be mostly cloudy with a low around 70 degrees.

2. The Takoma Park Silver Spring Co-op has at 10:30 a.m. downstairs at the Takoma Park store. Contact the co-op for more information at 301-891-2667.

3. Looking for something fun to do at lunchtime? Whole Foods Market Silver Spring departments will join forces to create a The food sampled varies from cheeses, fresh seafood and salad from the deli.

5. You can find the cheapest gas at the BP station located at 112 W University Blvd near Columbia Pike for $3.58 per gallon, according to gasbuddy.com. The second cheapest price is at the 7-Eleven at 650 University Blvd East for $3.59 per gallon. Check the website for the latest prices.
