Good Monday! What five things do you need to know to stay up-to-date about what’s going on in the community? Well, Patch has you covered - and who knows, they may even help your day go by faster!

1. Grab your umbrella for your afternoon commute home. There is a chance of showers after 10 a.m. with a high near 72 degrees during the day. Into the evening there is a chance of showers with a low around 57. 

2. Greater Silver Spring Democrats host and event at the Takoma Park Middle School at 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The meeting will focus on the Montgomery County Budget and public schools.

Need help fixing up your macintosh computer then you can take it to the local community clinic. The MacRecycleClinic is a regional 501(c)3 charity organized to accept donations of Macintosh computers from individuals and organizations. Based out of Marvin Memorial United Methodist Church, in Silver Spring
