2. If you missed it, Pennsylvania police officials arrested a man in connection to a Silver Spring murder committed in 2009. Vincent Lloyd Minto was stopped by Reading City Police for an unrelated incident, and a warrant for his arrest was discovered.

3. Bad weather has canceled the Autumn Moon Festival scheduled for today in downtown Silver Spring. The festival is rescheduled for Sept. 23. In the meantime, .
