U.S. Supreme Court Begins Hearing on Same-Sex Marriage
Emotions ran high outside the U.S. Supreme Court Tuesday where the justices are hearing two days of arguments on separate issues concerning same sex marriage.

The Supreme Court is hearing two landmark cases this week: Proposition 8 and the Defenses of Marriage Act. While cooler heads prevailed inside, supporters and opponents took the steps of the Supreme Court and the streets.
