July 19 – Jazz, Craft Beer & Poetry Slam at Wine Fest
See and hear the DMV’s up and coming and established poets recite their craft, some with accompaniment, others a cappella. Jazz artists perform. Local craft beer finds its way to us via Maryland brewers. Even sweeter than the wines, our proceeds of the day benefit the WIC and Seniors Double-Dollar Food Buying programs at seven farmers’ markets around the County. This is our way of supporting the neediest families in our community.
