Maryland Crossroads 2013: Clean Energy, Not Cove Point!

A series of town hall meetings is crossing Maryland this fall to sound the alarm on an unprecedented pollution threat facing our state. The one-of-a-kind “Maryland Crossroads Tour 2013: Clean Energy, Not Cove Point!” will stop in Silver Spring on November 7th at 7:30PM, and will include an inspiring multi-media presentation, interactive panel discussion, and live music from local performers.  Join us at http://bit.ly/silverspringtour

An out-of-state company called Dominion Resources has proposed a massive facility on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay to liquefy natural gas and export it to Asia. Their plan would trigger more fracking across the Mid-Atlantic, bring disruptive new pipelines to Maryland, and cause a massive new pulse of global warming pollution. That is exactly the wrong direction for Maryland.

You’ll learn how you can help stop this pollution disaster — and instead double Maryland’s use of clean solar and wind power. Join us at http://bit.ly/silverspringtour.
