Meditation & Modern Buddhism
These classes are held weekly on Thursday evenings 7-8:30pm. Each class has 2 guided meditations, a teaching and time for Q&A.
This series will focus on practical teachings that will enable students to overcome anger and frustration when dealing with difficult people and situations.
In addition students will learn how to use meditation to develop and maintain a positive state of mind.
Classes are suitable for beginners as well as those with more experience in meditation. Everyone is welcome. Class is taught by Gen Kelsang Varahi.
