Community Update

There is no other apartment worse than The Manor in Silver Spring. The management sucks. They take no responsibility for their errors. They lie to keep themselves out of trouble and then try to take you to court. They attack you in the most harassing/intimidating. Renters are so afraid of the management they just take the bull they give and don't know their rights. Someone needs to help them.
