Speak Up Guest - EMT-I Lynn Briggs & Paramedic Carylyn McEntee Emergency Responders - denied Due Process

When our Justice systems fails to provide equal protection under the law
is it a violation of civil rights?  Has their right to due process been denied?

Why is an accused violent criminal afforded Miranda rights and the crime victims given no information about their rights, never contacted by the County Prosecutor about the charges, multiple felony charges?

Is our justice system on the side of people who have connections? Lets make a deal? Do these women who were victims of violence deserve their constitutional right to due process?

EMT-I Lynn Briggs & Paramedic Carylyn McEntee go out on a 911 call for an individual Adrienne Valdez aka Adrienne Dalisay-Dean who supposedly has breathing issues.  Upon their arrival they are met with Adrienne's father and Adrienne who both appear to not have any breathing issues. Adrienne Valdez then begins a verbal and violent, physical assault on both of the individuals, resulting in 14 surgeries to date !  No end in sight to future surgeries.   This is a story that involves so many injustices on so many levels,  it is hard to believe where it is at today.

Felony and misdemeanor charges were brought up against Adrienne Valdez; both victims were never interviewed, never contacted and never allowed to testify or recount the assault in court,  by County Attorney Robert J. Walsh.  In fact, he tells his subordinate that the case is deemed null pross'd, yet never contacted the victims.  Never tells his staff there is a felony case pending.

Is it just coincidence that County Prosecutor Robert J. Walsh is very good friends with Ms. Valdez's lawyer Jean-Claude Sakellarios?  Prosecutor Walsh also admits on WMUR news that he made a mistake listening to his best friend, admitting to not opening the case file and acting too swiftly.   Ultimately, is there any justice for these two crime victims today?

Still not at as of 9-4-13.  Hopefully once the Center For Redress Of Grievances, LLC begins getting their story to the national media. Who will help get justice for these two victims?
