Good morning, Silver Spring! Here are five things to know this Tuesday to help you keep up-to-date about what’s going on in the community:

1. There is a high possibility of rain today with temperatures in the high 40s, according to the National Weather Service. Into the evening, the rain is likely to continue with temperatures dropping to the mid 30s. 

2. Wondering where to take the kids? Washington Wizards and Mystics Holiday hoops camp is still going on. Campers work with an experienced coaching staff including former professional players, former and current college coaches/players, as well as local high school coaches.

3. Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett is looking to fill five vacancies on the Noise Control Advisory Board.” The deadline to apply is January 6, 2012.
