Community Update
Downtown Silver Spring has partnered with local artists and organizations to create eye catching art installations to fill retail space currently in transition.
There are six costumes on display beside H&M made entirely of paper as part of a collaboration with Pyramid Atlantic Art Center. The display promotes KikiDC, a Wearable Art Runway Competition presented by Pyramid Atlantic.
Another exhibit in the Macaroni Grill space showcases art from Cultural Exchanges, an initiative by the Arts & Humanities Council of Montgomery County.
