Police Release Video of Possible Suspects in Midday Armed Home Invasion

A video released by police on Friday shows two men who may be suspects in the Nov 25 robbery.

The two armed men who forced their way into a Bethesda home late last month may be the same two men in an office building surveillance video released on Friday by Montgomery County police, according to a police statement.

The home robbery took place in the 10500 block of Farnham Drive, Bethesda, on Monday, Nov. 25, shortly before 2 p.m., according to police.

The home robbery suspects forced their way into the home through the front door, then confronted at gunpoint a husband and wife and their young child, police reported.

No injuries were reported, but the home robbery suspects stole the family's Cadillac Escalade, which was recovered later that day—a few blocks away—at the intersection of Berkshire Drive and Yorkshire Terrace, police said.

Police did not comment on Friday afternoon about the office surveillance video's connection to the home robbery.
