Man Arrested For Indecent Exposure
Bernard Obrien is scheduled to appear in a Silver Spring court in early August.
Montgomery County Police officials were alerted to a naked man walking the streets in downtown Saturday, July 2, around 3:30 a.m, according to an official release.
Bernard Obrien, 25, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure after being "observed walking naked" on the 7900 block of Georgia Avenue.
He is scheduled to appear in a Silver Spring court August 5th at 8:30 a.m., according to court records.
