Police Find Radio Shack Robbery Suspect Inside Taxi

A 21-year-old woman is charged with armed robbery of the electronics store in Silver Spring.

The call came in shortly before 9 p.m. on May 16: an armed robbery at the Radio Shack on 8213 Georgia Avenue.

As police broadcasted a suspect description over the radio, one officer saw a woman matching that description step into a taxi a block away.

The officer stopped the taxi and arrested Hawnese Taylor, 21, of the 45500 block of Knockeyon Lane in Great Mills, MD, according to a news release from police. She is charged with armed robbery.

Taylor allegedly displayed what appeared to be a handgun when she entered the Radio Shack and announced a robbery.

Police said that they found a silver lighter shaped like a handgun and the proceeds of the robbery (money and stolen items) in Taylor's book bag.

She was framed. Obama said she was framed. Obama said he does not know what happen butvshe did not do it. This is racial. I hear there is an attorney free in PA to defend her. That was not her book bag
