Police Identify Germantown Swimmer Who Died at Triadelphia Reservoir

After nearly 48 hours of searching, divers found the body of a missing Germantown teen who disappeared in Triadelphia Lake. Montgomery County detectives are investigating.

The body of a Germantown man who disappeared under the water Wednesday was recovered Friday afternoon from the Triadelphia Reservoir near Brookeville.

According to the Montgomery County Police Department, the victim has been identified as Avery Troix Williams, 19, of the 19600 block of Crystal Rock Drive in Germantown.
