Report: Silver Spring Man Accused of Sexual Abuse of 5 Children

A 55-count indictment details charges involving children under age 12.

A toddler’s examination by doctors in April turned up injuries consistent with abuse and, this week, a 55-count indictment accusing a Silver Spring man of sexually abusing five children, The Washington Post reported.

Adderli Jose Cruz-Rosario, 20, is charged with abusing a 19-month-old girl and her four older siblings—three girls and one boy, none of them older than 11, The Post reported.

The indictment was filed Thursday in Montgomery County Circuit Court in Rockville, according to court records accessed online.

Cruz-Rosario was arrested April 26 and is being held in the Montgomery County Detention Center in Boyds on two bonds totaling $1 million, The Post reported.
