Reward Offered for Silver Spring CVS Robbery Suspect

Crime Solvers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000, according to police officials.

Montgomery County Police is investigating an armed robbery that occurred on Sunday, Feb. 12 at the Silver Spring CVS located on 825 Wayne Avenue.

A warrant was issued for 39-year-old Reginald Lasley, an employee of CVS, according to an official press release.

Police officials are asking for the public's help to locate Lasley who may be hiding in the Silver Spring area.

An initial investigation revealed that the store's manager was in his office when Lasley knocked on the door and confronted the manager with a knife, police said.

Lasley obtained an undisclosed amount of cash from the office, tied up the manager, and fled the store.

Police officials describe Lasley as 6-feet, 2-inches tall, and weighing 220 pounds.

Officials advise that anyone who comes into contact with Lasley should not approach him, but should immediately contact police at the Montgomery County Robbery Section at 240-773-5100.
