Surveillance Photo Shows 7-Eleven Robbery Suspects

Police are asking for help identifying the two men who reportedly robbed a 7-Eleven in Silver Spring last week.

Montgomery County police are investigating the May 15 robbery of a 7-Eleven store in Silver Spring, and they are asking for help with identifying two suspects shown in surveillance photos.

The two men entered the 7-Eleven located at 11303 Lockwood Drive on May 15 at approximately 11:45 p.m., according to a news release from police. One positioned himself in the back of the store and the other near the front counter.

One of the men then pushed an employee out of the way to grab cash from the register, police said. Both men then fled on foot towards the Giant located in the White Oak Shopping Center, police said.

The suspects are described as black males between the ages of 18 and 25. One suspect is described as 5-foot-11 and 185 pounds, with "a darker complexion," according to police. He was wearing a black t-shirt and jeans and a dark gray baseball cap. The other suspect was described as 5-foot-9, with "a lighter complexion." He was wearing a dark shirt and dark jeans and had twists in his hair, police said.
