Police were called to the convenience store at 8101 Fenton Street in Silver Spring about 11:51 p.m. on June 27 for a reported carjacking.

The 27-year-old victim told officers she was sitting in the passenger seat of a 2014 Ford Focus while her friend went into the store. As the victim was waiting for her friend, three men approached the vehicle, one carrying a handgun. The victim fled the car and called police; officers later located the stolen car in the 700 block of Silver Spring Avenue.
