Update: Prostitution Ring Uncovered; Former TSA Employee Fined
A hotel manager told officers groups of men and women were in his room.
The Virginia man charged in organizing a hotel ring in Silver Spring has been identified as a former Transportation Security Administration (TSA) security manager at Dulles airport.
Montgomery County Police (MCP) were called to 39-year-old Bryant Jermaine Livingston’s Crowne Plaza hotel room in February after the hotel manager complained about activity in the room. The hotel manager said that he recognized Livingston as a frequent hotel guest and noticed groups of men and women in his room, police stated in a release.

Livingston denied the manager's claim, but when police entered the room, they said they saw half-dressed people in the room, including three women and four men. A few people were in the two beds while others were seated and standing in the room, according to police.
One person admitted to paying Livingston $100 to enter the hotel room and engage in sexual activities, police said. Police arrested Livingston while he was at a training session in Dulles, according to a Gazette report.
