Maryland National Example in Obamacare Implementation

A Baltimore man tells CBS News he's "elated" at his projected monthly health insurance cost when portions of the Affordable Care Act go into effect Oct. 1.

Dean Dodson, an uninsured computer repairman, said he will pay about $285 a month in choosing one of six insurance companies with multi-level plans.

"I can afford that—I mean, that's wonderful, man," he told CBS.
