 The buzz of a gorgeous spring evening in Rockville Town Center on May 18 was pierced with the sirens of speeding police cruisers and running police officers. Patrons of the downtown business district were left wondering what was going on.

A 53-year-old man was apprehended in Washington, DC, on Thursday in connection with a stabbing that occurred at around 3 a.m. that day in Friendship Heights, Chevy Chase. Jose Antonio Hernandez, 24, was treated for a stab wound and a collapsed lung at a local hospital. The suspect, Phillip Enyeazi, was taken into custody.

Gary Giordano, the man suspected in the disappearance of a woman in Aruba, was arrested for indecent exposure in Annapolis last week.
