"Coping: A Journey to Living Well"

Starting Monday, June 6th, Springvale Terrace Retirement Community begins an exciting partnership with the Holy Cross Hospital.   “Coping: A Journey to Living Well,” will be presented by Holy Cross Hospital at Springvale Terrace.  This is a FREE six-week program to improve overall health that begins Monday, June 6th at 9:30 AM and continues till noon.  The six programs will help those attending to enjoy a healthier life, learning how to maximize potential even when a long-term health condition may require altering one’s activities.  Anyone living with a long-term health condition is welcome to attend as are family members, friends, caregivers and area residents.  To register contact Shiree Fenelon, Resident Service Coordinator at Springvale Terrace Retirement Community at 301-587-0190 or via e-mail at sfenelon@seaburyresources.org.  Springvale Terrace is located at 8505 Springvale Road, just blocks from exciting downtown Silver Spring, Maryland.
