Most of us believe that our connection to spirit is elusive,
or something only other people can do. What would you say and do if I told you connecting to Spirit is easy and always accessible?

We all have the innate ability to do so. It's not a secret.

Many years ago I began journaling as a way to release and
express my daily experiences, thoughts and emotions. As I continued to write on a regular basis, I found myself shifting into another state of being or consciousness. After a tearful, painful or angry writing session, I found myself feeling relaxed and serene. My writing changed to words of great comfort and support. I also began to write answers to the advice I was seeking. As I continued to write, I found out that many other people shared this ability to
access a higher state of consciousness, Spirit and/or God.

I now know that everyone of us has this ability. It is
available to anyone with intention, attention, and accessibility to do so. It has become a daily answered prayer that has provides me with tremendous comfort
and joy. And with every gift comes a desire to give back in gratitude.

I am very happy to offer a group series called “Letters to
Spirit” We will practice writing our letters, we will learn specific techniques to make access easy and fun. As a group, we will experience the gift of self-expression, through all the senses. We will learn skills like creative
visualization, meditation and affirmation allowing us to access our inner resources that provide for us everything we need.
