HEALTHY LIFESTYLE FOR HER 2012. This event will educate girls and women about staying healthy, and maintaining healthier and fit behaviors. This event is OPEN to girls and women of all ages, and the general public. The goal of this program is to educate, enlighten, and empower.

This program will focus on the several barriers that girls and women face in maintaining healthy practices. Topics will include: heart disease, nutritional/physical health, planned medical check-ups, medical insurance, sexual health, body image, self-esteem, etc. There will be several speakers presenting who are in the health field and well-knowledgeable about these topics.
