SENIOR FIT Friday at Springvale Terrace!

The award winning SENIOR FIT program is being offered Fridays at Springvale Terrace Retirement Community at 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM.  The next class is this Friday, July 15th.  There will be no classes Friday, July 22nd, but resume Friday July 29th and be every Friday morning thereafter.  Senior Fit is a FREE 45-minute exercise class for people 55 and older.  SENIOR FIT is a partnership of Holy Cross Hospital, Kaiser Permanente, the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission, Montgomery County Department of Recreation and Springvale Terrace.  Springvale Terrace is located at 8505 Springvale Road, in downtown Silver Spring.  For more information call 301-754-8800 or contact the Holy Cross Hospital Community Health Department in Silver Spring.
