Stroller Strides is a fitness class for parents where they can exercise with their baby in tow. It is a great way to get in shape, meet other parents and have fun with your baby!
Our classes are designed for all different fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors who are also moms themselves. Classes are one hour in length and include power walking/running, strength and body toning intervals, and end with abs and stretching. We welcome babies from 6 weeks to any age! If you are recently post-partum or pregnant, the only requirement is that you have your doctor's approval to exercise.
The first class is always FREE, and you can buy a membership or pass to get classes for an even lower price!
