ii) here is an article from 3/13 Post about Family Justice Center Awards held in Rockville with Vice president Biden

The article is about Vice President Biden and Attorney General Holder announcing grant awards to a number of Family Justice Centers around the country. The event took place at our County Council building as our county's Family Justice Center was featured. Duchy Trachtenberg, Ike Leggett, the Council, the House of Ruth, and others are to be acknowledged for their contributions in the creation of the center.
3) Draft Long Branch Sector Plan
Worksessions were held on on 2/21 and 3/7. An archive of the sessions can be found atthe planning board website. The sector plan information is at http://www.montgomeryplanning.org/community/longbranch/
As indicated previously, I am very concerned with the impact of the purple line on reductions in affordable housing. See my testimony on our website Safe Silver Spring The County council needs to develop new policies to address this issue. I am working with others to put together a group to address this issue.
Next planning board work session is 3/21in the morning.
