1) Our next meeting is on October 22, 7 p.m. Long Branch Community Center, 8700 Piney Branch.   We will continue our series on Minorities
and Criminal Justice System. This meeting will focus on Diversion Programs in the Montgomery County Juvenile Justice System
The speakers are:

 Collaboration Council for Children,Youth and Families, Inc.
George Simms, Montgomery County State Attorney’s Office

2) Renter’s Alliance State Candidates Forum to be held Monday, October 21st from 7-9 p.m. at the

and speak. WTOP reporter Kate Ryan will moderate. It is critical for the renters rights and security
