on my healthreformaction.blogspot.com, I discuss and review the various articles on the reaction to insurance carriers letters which non-renew insurance plans. While the President techncially broke his promise by saying that everyone can keep their policies, the reality is insurance carriers are constantly changing their policies and these plans were no longer meeting the new law. Further, the ones that individuals will be able to purchase for the most part will be much better at much more reasonable prices.
I include a number of articles in the press that cover the topic as well as yesterday's hearing with Sebelius. I provide my notes from the hearing on this issue. I felt she handled herself very well.
This edition also covers several other items of interest.
