We had a bad experience here with the managers and one of the mechanics. While fixing the car for the Maryland inspection, several parts broke due to rust. At first we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but our other, more trusted mechanic said he was unsure why they even attempted to repair it the way they did. He took over their shotty job and nothing broke! Seems like the mechanic didn't know what he was doing!
Then, when we politely asked if they could reimburse us for the part they broke, the mechanic overreacted and went on a crazy, angry, threatening rant about how we couldn't sue him and we were insulting him, etc. etc. I don't know what the manager told him but you can't get that upset at us just for asking if there was any way you could reimburse us for your earlier incompetence. SUCH RUDENESS to customers!
Then, they claimed that another part was "broken" and wouldn't let us pass inspection, and our other trusted mechanic said they broke it (broke something else?!). Either they are REALLY incompetent or just trying to get back at us for our MERE MENTION of a reimbursement.

All I have to say is, HORRIBLE customer service. I completely lost my trust in these guys. If these were honest mistakes, they wouldn't have gotten so defensive. And even if they were honest mistakes, they are still incompetent compared to other mechanics.

Bit thumbs down.
